About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support Indigenous Communities in the Fraser Valley area and throughout BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the growth and development of local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of detailed designs and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of documents, calculations, and cost estimates, as well as tender documents and contracts.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Chair project meetings, facilitate communication among team members, and ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop new business opportunities and establish strategic relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Provide leadership in safety and quality management practices, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare and submit technical reports, proposals, and funding submissions.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, with strong technical skills and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Registration as a P.Eng in BC, with the ability to obtain registration through existing inter-jurisdictional agreements.
  • General understanding of working with Indigenous Communities and federal regulations applicable to infrastructure construction.
  • Proven ability to attract and retain clients, win projects, and deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.
  • Aptitude for leadership, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and relationship building.
