Job Summary

UnionPay International is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting merchant audits, providing training to key merchants, and enhancing the acceptance quality of UnionPay cards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach and negotiate with key merchants to promote UnionPay card acceptance and logo display.
  • Partner with acquirers and merchants to develop product solutions and customize products to meet their needs.
  • Expand and complement business skills in sales, product development, project management, business development, marketing, and operations.
  • Promote business growth by identifying opportunities to increase UnionPay card transaction volume.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Negotiate business agreements and develop new business partnerships.
  • Communicate with the HQ business and product team on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 2 years' related working experience, with a technical background in the financial industry being a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software, with programming skills being a plus.
  • Able to make frequent business travels.
  • Exceptional ability to manage and grow internal and external resources and cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficient in Chinese Mandarin being a plus.
