Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to manage our financial records with precision and care. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our accounting systems and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Record journal entries accurately.
  • Generate various statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Prepare trial balances for review.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in accounts.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in MS Access.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Experience with spreadsheet applications.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
