Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Knights Inn Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, including managing front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Guest Services: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and providing personalized service.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
