We are currently seeking driven individuals for the role of Continuous Improvement Specialist.
As a vital member of the Continuous Improvement team, the ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while upholding a high standard of professionalism, precision, and attention to detail. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across our business units as needed.
Qualifications:- Education Required: Post-secondary Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a lean environment
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with PowerBI or other data visualization and analytics tools is advantageous
- Personal Attributes: Demonstrated history of innovation, meticulousness, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess problems and opportunities for efficiency improvements and provide actionable recommendations
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or a commitment to obtain it
- Project Management: Skills in managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Assist in the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives across corporate and operational divisions
- Provide guidance for process enhancements utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead and facilitate improvement projects and workshops
- Act as a data and analytical resource for initiative-driven teams
