Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Governance Specialist to join our team at 09 Irving Oil Limited. As a Process Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing standard processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development: Develop and document standard processes, procedures, and templates with key controls to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Master Data Management: Lead the development and implementation of Master Data Management and central repository requirements for documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Contribute to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives, analyze data, and develop recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness team to develop training programs and materials to support process changes and ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or Project Management.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business or Business Analytics, with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and Power BI
