As a Process Improvement Specialist, your primary focus will be on establishing standardized workflows and protocols, incorporating essential controls. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and document standardized workflows, protocols, and templates with essential controls.
  • Oversee Master Data Management and central documentation repository requirements.
  • Contribute to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and reporting needs for quantifiable results.
  • Foster cross-departmental relationships to identify shared opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives for process enhancement and prioritize actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness team to develop change management plans and training programs.
  • Maintain the process documentation management system and investigate best practices.

Qualifications:
