Job Title: Material Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at The Daniels Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Material Control Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work and plan operational logistics of the organization.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments and prepare reports as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work and resolve work problems.
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.
