Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and Organize Orders: Compile orders and instructions received from customers and organize tasks to accomplish the work.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Project Management: Assist with project management, including arranging for maintenance and repair work, and resolving work problems.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize computer software, including MS Office and project management software, to perform tasks and maintain records.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality assurance and control. The work will involve working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
