Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 2435756 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our food service establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet our operational needs.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and present food order summaries to our chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
