Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, including cooks, cashiers, and food service staff.
- Train new hires on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control labor costs, including scheduling and staffing.
- Reporting and Record Keeping
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance, customer feedback, and other relevant data.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and other physical demands. The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a team environment is required.
