Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, including cooks, cashiers, and food service staff.
- Train new employees on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improving our service.
- Operations and Logistics
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
- Monitor and control labor costs, including scheduling and staffing.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and other hazards. The Shift Manager will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
