Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Lighthouse Hospitality Management Inc.

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised. This role will also involve preparing and submitting reports, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies
Work Environment:

This role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer service.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
Language:

English

Work Hours:

30 to 44 hours per week
