Quality Control Supervisor

Century Twenty-One Gas & Heating Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the operation of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate Costs and Materials: Conduct thorough analyses to determine the most cost-effective materials and resources for our projects.
- Prepare Production Reports: Develop and maintain accurate records of production activities, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Recruit and Hire Workers: Identify, recruit, and hire qualified personnel to support our operations, ensuring a skilled and diverse workforce.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Coordinate Activities: Plan, organize, and execute daily operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Ensure Health and Safety: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee Company Operations: Monitor and control the overall performance of our company, making adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Set Up Equipment: Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Supervise Workers and Projects: Direct and guide team members to achieve project goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
