About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Goldstream Chevron Town Pantry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Co-ordinate, assign and review work related to inventory management, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in inventory management or logistics coordination is an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
