We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Bon Sushi. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. We are a recognized employer and offer a competitive compensation package.
