Key Responsibilities- Estimating and Planning: Estimate costs and materials for production and other reports.
- Production Management: Prepare production reports and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Staffing and Training: Recruit and hire workers, train or arrange for training, and supervise workers and projects.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
- Operations Management: Oversee the operation of the company, including the setup of machines and equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, with a focus on attention to detail, tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
- Language: English.
