Parking Systems Specialist Opportunity

HUB Parking Technology, a leading provider of parking access and revenue control systems, is seeking a skilled Parking Systems Specialist to join our team in the Mississauga area.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide onsite service and maintenance for our parking and access control hardware and software. As a Parking Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for multiple products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform onsite service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support for multiple products, including electronics, mechanical devices, and PC computer skills.
  • Install and configure new equipment, including equipment bolt down, installation, wiring termination, and establishing communications to software host.
  • Work with various operating systems and have knowledge of networking for daily troubleshooting tasks.
  • Manage customer escalations and communicate technical information effectively.
Requirements
  • Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Operating Systems experience required.
  • A clean driving record.
  • MS Windows Server and electronics experience preferred.
  • MS Network and MS A+ Certifications preferred.
  • Ability to work in an outdoor environment exposed to extreme weather conditions.
  • Available to work scheduled weekend shifts and on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and early morning hours.
