Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth for Central Parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in customer outreach programs to inform customers about the latest parking technology innovations and promote the purchase of parking solutions.
- Perform market research and prospecting for target market segments to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in the development of advertising materials, promotional programs, public relations, and website content development and search engine optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a B2B social media marketing program to engage with customers and promote Central Parking's products and services.
- Assist in preparing and executing marketing plans for industry trade organizations, with a focus on identifying opportunities for Central Parking to exhibit and attend industry conferences and trade shows.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposal packages and submitting quotations in response to requests for proposals and quotations.
Requirements
- An effective and persuasive communicator in both oral and written English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong presentation skills in one-on-one meetings and in group settings.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum University Undergraduate Degree or College Diploma.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office software applications.
- Working knowledge of website software development tools.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Desirable Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business-to-business inside sales related to enterprise software solutions that reside within complex, large-scale network environments.
- Digital marketing program certification.
- Bilingual (French and English languages).
- Previous experience working in the parking access and revenue control business or a related industry.
- Industry experience with website development and content management.
- Industry experience with management of social media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn.
- Industry experience with use of Enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management tools, Salesforce.
