Parking Systems Specialist

HUB Parking Technology, a leading provider of parking access and revenue control systems, is seeking a skilled Parking Systems Specialist to join our team in the Mississauga area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software.
- Offer technical support for multiple products, including electronics, mechanical devices, and PC computer skills.
- Install and configure new equipment, including equipment bolt down, installation, wiring termination, and establishing communications to software host.
- Work with various operating systems and have knowledge of networking for daily troubleshooting tasks.
- Manage customer escalations and communicate technical information effectively.
- Electronics technical school training or equivalent.
- Microsoft Operating Systems experience required.
- A clean driving record.
- MS Windows Server and electronics experience preferred.
- MS Network and MS A+ Certifications preferred.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment exposed to extreme weather conditions.
- Available to work scheduled weekend shifts and on-call shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational skills.
- Trouble-shooting capabilities on a technical level.
- Team player with ability to work on proprietary software and hardware communications, programming, and repair.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
