Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as electronic circuitry and repair techniques.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Develop and implement effective diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems and electronic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support specialists to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring seamless support for our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education in a related field, such as computer science or electronics engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in computer systems repair and maintenance, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
