Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of our Underground and Tree Care products in the London area. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing sales in a defined territory, developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Underground and Tree Care industry
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow sales and increase market share
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
    • Manage trade show appearances and product demonstrations
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain sales reports and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies based on sales data and trends

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Underground and Tree Care industry
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sales and business development skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Knowledge of the Underground and Tree Care industry and products
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
