Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Polymershapes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive new business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven success in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong business writing and verbal presentation skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
