The Inside Sales Representative is a critical member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a vital role in representing and selling our extensive selection of trusted performance plastics brands.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with office and warehouse team members to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
- Support Business Growth: Collaborate with the outside sales force to proactively increase market share and drive business growth.
- Assist with Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels based on customer needs to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Strong Business Acumen: Possess excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and systems.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1+ year of commercial experience in plastics/industrial distribution preferred.
