Retail Sales Associate, Customer Experience Expert

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service and sales support to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs, and provide demonstrations and training as needed.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail store.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
