Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
    • Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a welcoming and inclusive work environment for customers.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Implement price and credit policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Work Environment

Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
