Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Teams: Direct and control daily sales operations, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Evaluate Sales Performance: Regularly assess sales performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Plan and Organize Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and mentor sales staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement Sales Policies: Develop and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Procure Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products for resale, ensuring that they meet customer expectations.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data to determine staffing needs and adjust accordingly.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise sales staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate sales staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work under pressure, think critically, and make sound decisions quickly.

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
