Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, as well as awareness training for employees to support youth and Indigenous workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
