Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Merchandising and Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and promote products effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
Our store operates 35 to 40 hours per week, and we offer a permanent work term with opportunities for growth and development.
