Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to improve store performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales workers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
