Job Overview

Dentsu Media is seeking a talented analytics professional to join our dynamic team, supporting a premier automotive client. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in analytics, particularly within media across agency, corporate, or media vendor settings. A foundational understanding of digital media concepts such as Search, Social, Video, and Display is advantageous. We value a proactive attitude towards learning and effective communication skills. The ability to innovate and think creatively is highly encouraged. A solid technical foundation in relational database management, data visualization, automation, and marketing technologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive client presentations, summaries, and tactical insights that elucidate media performance outcomes to both internal teams and clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance relational databases, dashboards, and automated reporting systems.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to ensure all data verification, quality assurance, and completion criteria are fulfilled prior to reporting.
  • Conduct in-depth campaign analyses, derive learnings, and contribute to special projects.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for automation and process improvements to leadership.
  • Provide training sessions for internal and external teams on dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on digital media campaigns, offering optimization recommendations by acting as a liaison between media planning, buying, and other agencies engaged in data, analytics, and insights.
  • Analyze campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend media optimization strategies for Search, Social, Video, and Display.
  • Conduct deep dives into various media objectives.
  • Establish Test & Learn frameworks and analyze outcomes.
  • Utilize statistical models (e.g., time series, regression) for attribution analysis.
  • Develop Media Mix Models.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proven project management and collaboration skills with a track record of ownership and results-driven performance.
  • Experience in direct client interaction and managing client expectations.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one dashboarding solution (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Preferred knowledge of Hive and SQL.
  • Intermediate understanding of statistical modeling using Python or R.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of media planning and buying processes from pre-planning to post-analysis.
