Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Corrections Health Services BC team. This role will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and process invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 plus graduation from a formal secretarial program.
  • Three (3) years recent related experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
