Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Corrections Health Services BC team. This role will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and process invoices.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Grade 12 plus graduation from a formal secretarial program.
- Three (3) years recent related experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
