Program Assistant, Corrections Health Services BC

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our team at Corrections Health Services BC. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our program, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the program, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare and submit reports, including statistical reports and other data-driven documents.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Grade 12 plus graduation from a formal secretarial program.
- Three years recent related experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A competitive salary range of $48,476 - $63,624 per year.
