Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 0919984 BC Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 sales associates, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations and Administration: Authorize payments, prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
