Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at DM Logic Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling appointments and answering inquiries from clients and other company personnel.
  • Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities and attend to related details.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
