Halton Healthcare is seeking a committed professional to fill the role of a Therapeutic Services Assistant in a rehabilitation-focused environment. In this position, you will collaborate with occupational and physiotherapy specialists to assist patients facing physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges in achieving their goals for functional independence.
Key Qualifications- Completion of an accredited OT/PTA Certificate program
- At least one year of experience in rehabilitation, geriatrics, or neurology
- Preferred experience in outpatient care settings
- Exhibits initiative, adaptability, and enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong verbal communication abilities
- Capable of motivating and empathizing with patients
- Dedicated to providing patient-centered care
Additional Information
Work Environment: Multi-Site
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shifts (subject to operational requirements)
Compensation: Competitive hourly wage
