Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Preferred Roadside Towing Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our truck drivers.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule the activities of our truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our truck drivers to achieve our business objectives.
Work Environment

As a Truck Drivers Supervisor at Preferred Roadside Towing Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
