We are seeking a highly driven individual with great communication, networking, and relationship-building skills to join our team as a District Sales Manager in Kenora / Dryden / Fort Frances, Ontario.

The successful candidate will manage an assigned territory by proactively engaging business owners, focusing on business development and growth. Key objectives will include:

  • Presenting CFIB's membership services to business owners
  • Seeking new businesses and building relationships
  • Meeting with existing members in person and managing account renewals

The ideal candidate will have business acumen or business vision, a vehicle, and a full valid Driver's License. They will be customer-focused, goal-oriented, and have solid resilience skills. They will also be willing to achieve effective sales targets.

As a District Sales Manager, you will enjoy a mixed compensation structure, including base salary, commissions, and quarterly bonuses. You will also receive monthly incentives, a monthly expense allowance, matched RRSP contributions, and comprehensive health benefits. No experience is required, and full training will be provided.
