We are seeking a highly driven individual with great communication, networking, and relationship-building skills to join our team as a District Sales Manager in the Kenora/Dryden/Fort Frances, Ontario region.

The successful candidate will manage an assigned territory by proactively engaging business owners, focusing on business development and growth. Key objectives will include:

  • Presenting CFIB's membership services to business owners
  • Seeking new businesses and building relationships
  • Meeting with existing members in person and managing account renewals

The ideal candidate will have business acumen or a business vision, a vehicle, and a full valid driver's license. They will be customer-focused, goal-oriented, and have solid resilience skills. A mixed compensation structure, including base salary, commissions, and quarterly bonuses, will be offered, with an average annual salary of $80,000-$90,000 or more for top performers.
