Responsibilities:

* Design and implement manufacturing systems to optimize production processes
* Conduct performance reviews and develop performance standards
* Develop and implement programs to enhance industrial health and safety
* Supervise a team of technicians, technologists, and engineers
* Analyze costs of production and identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering or related field
* Strong knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and MS Office
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
