Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our team at Savino Del Bene Canada Corp. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise shippers and receivers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of shipments.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
