About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to contact clients to provide proactive service and support.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Collaborate with the Advisor team to welcome and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Manage client communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist with client account management, including account administration, documentation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the Advisor team in managing client portfolios and wealth management planning opportunities.
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in client service and wealth management.

Requirements

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Strong skills in business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset.
