Job Title: Complaints and Client Services Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints and Client Services Specialist to join our team at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and resolving complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve client complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to client services and complaints resolution

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. social work, customer service, business administration)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or complaints resolution role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
