Position Overview

ARP Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our bar services. This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing the operational aspects of our beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets to assess the costs associated with food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Staff Oversight: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance service quality.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and service standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Balance cash and prepare financial documents, including balance sheets and cash reports.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze costs of products and services to maintain profitability.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and manage inventory to ensure adequate supply levels.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and arrangements with suppliers for food and beverage procurement.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
