ARP Solutions Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Beverage Operations Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage budgets to assess costs associated with food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high service standards.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff members.
  • Balance cash registers and prepare financial reports and documentation.
  • Analyze costs of products and services to maintain profitability.
  • Organize and oversee inventory management processes.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for optimal pricing.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring approximately 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role will be English.
