The Role

  • Demonstrating your enthusiasm for service by anticipating guest needs and providing delightful surprises through a proactive approach to care.

  • Engaging with guests and addressing their inquiries about our menu and brand, ensuring they feel valued at every interaction.
  • Exemplifying calmness and fairness in guest interactions, managing various situations with composure and positivity.

Your Qualities and Experience

While prior experience in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer service representative is beneficial, what truly matters is who you are.

You are reliable and trust in others. You take pleasure in the details and believe that quality service is what keeps guests returning. You recognize that service is about building connections.
