Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and committed Customer Experience Coordinator to elevate our customer interactions. In this role, you will monitor all customer engagement touchpoints, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings. For the right candidate, there is potential for advancement into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Assess customer needs and proactively implement strategies to ensure positive experiences.
  • Conduct data analysis and maintain system integrity.
  • Facilitate system upgrades and process enhancements.
  • Oversee a designated customer portfolio across various sectors served by Accoravillage (including Automotive Aftermarket, Retail, OEMs, and international markets).
  • Ensure the accuracy of all order-related details (pricing, discounts, promotions, lead times, minimum orders, shipping terms).
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, order modifications, or any issues raised.
  • Address all administrative requests from customers (such as documentation requests, safety data sheets, returns, and credit notes).
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and business opportunities.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvements within the department, including the development of training materials.
  • Manage invoicing and follow-up with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications (EDI, e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, customer portals).
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a drive for success and growth within the organization.
  • Adept at evaluating processes for efficiency improvements.
  • Exceptional multitasking capabilities in a dynamic environment.
