Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Markham Centre Financial Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
Work Environment:

Our office is located in Markham, and the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30 to 40 hours per week.
