Position Overview

Saif Driveway Sealing Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to oversee various construction projects. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment

The position involves working outdoors in potentially noisy conditions, primarily in residential settings. The supervisor will manage tasks related to construction, maintenance, and restoration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and project reports to track progress and efficiency
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on-site
  • Schedule and manage project timelines effectively
  • Oversee apprenticeship training for new workers
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
Supervision

The supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 individuals, including trades helpers, insulators, and cement finishers.

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight.

Work Conditions

The role may require working under pressure to meet deadlines.
