Clinical Nurse Leader

Position Overview:
The role involves overseeing and coordinating nursing care services for clients in their residences, ensuring high-quality clinical management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting remote evaluations and managing care services tailored to clients' needs.
- Providing clinical guidance and delegating responsibilities within the unregulated care provider's framework.
- Maintaining precise digital clinical records for all clients.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to address patient care requirements.
- Engaging in clear communication during daily meetings and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Building and nurturing relationships with local healthcare professionals.
- Participating in reflective practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exhibiting flexibility in adapting to changes within a dynamic virtual setting.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse in good standing with the regulatory body.
- Possession of a CNA Certificate in Palliative Care or a comparable qualification is essential.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in pediatric nursing.
- Recent involvement with patients suffering from COPD and CHF is mandatory.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital health platforms and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to function effectively within multidisciplinary virtual teams as well as independently.
- Access to high-speed internet and a suitable workspace is required.
- Current CPR C and First Aid certifications are necessary.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license and insurance.
Work Environment:
Attention to detail is crucial; the role requires physical capabilities such as lifting, carrying, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, walking, sitting, and standing.
